Full Council meeting dates are generally decided a year in advance, although they may occasionally be subject to change if circumstances require.

The Council's committees meet regularly.  Not all committee meetings are held in Public.  However, the Planning Committee and Play Areas Committee do hold Public meetings as required.  The Play Areas Committee only meets intermittently but the Planning Committee usually holds meetings every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the number of planning applications.

Meetings where the Press and Public are welcome to attend are notified on the parish council notice board on the side of the HSBC Bank in Balsall Common and also on this website.
